How to prepare
Arrive with clean skin where possible. Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, waxing, or peels for 48 hours prior. Hydrate well in the days leading up. Let your therapist know about any medications, recent treatments, or skin conditions during consultation.
Aftercare
Use a gentle cleanser for the first 24 hours and apply broad spectrum SPF 50 daily for at least two weeks. Skip retinol, exfoliants, saunas, and direct sun for 48 hours. Hydrate well and follow the home care plan provided in your appointment.
